A Crash Course on how to sell your properties quickly!
In the past two months, the red-hot real estate market has slowed down. Many areas of the country have more housing inventory, fewer serious bidders, and properties are taking longer to sell. In another segment of today’s market are the perennial "dogs"-- those properties which are relatively unattractive and difficult to sell even during good times.
In today's real estate market, you cannot afford to be complacent anymore. You need to TAKE ACTION NOW to sell your property immediately, before prices drop even further. This course is for both realtors and homeowners who want to learn how they can fix up their properties using Feng Shui, so that they can sell their property now--even this very week, if not sooner.
This course will teach you some of the most important yet simple principles of Feng Shui. These principles can be implemented immediately by both realtors and homeowners to help them SELL THEIR PROPERTY QUICKLY, at full market value.
I have used Feng Shui to help many of my clients sell their problem properties quickly, and for the fair market value. In fact, every one of the properties which I have consulted on has sold for full market value or much higher, usually within one week of the completion of the Feng-Shui-based improvements.
Every property is different, and some properties will require more work than others to make them attractive, so I can't guarantee that I can help you sell you home in one week for the full asking price. But I can teach you some of the Feng Shui principles which I have used, which I believe are the most important factors in making a house more attractive to the potential buyers.
Let me be honest with you. You are not going to become a Feng Shui master from taking an evening course or two. But you can learn enough about the most important principles of Feng Shui to make a HUGE difference in the timing and sale price of your home or business.
I will teach you the most essential, practical, useful aspects of Feng Shui which will give you an immediate edge in selling your problem properties now. NO mystical mumble-jumble! All results-driven, distilled, practical knowledge and wisdom.
Case histories of problem properties will be reviewed, and you are welcome to bring photographs and floor plans of your own problem properties for class discussion. Private consultations and on-site visits will be available as my schedule permits.

Tuition: Includes workbook. $108 for each evening, if pre-paid by 3 January 2006. Tuition fee will be $120 after 3 January 2006.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 10 students are required for this course to be presented as scheduled. Otherwise, the course may be
