Healthy Immune System

A healthy immune system is the best protection against infectious biological agents, including anthrax, smallpox, the Ebola virus, HIV, and all other bacterial or viral contaminants. When we have a healthy immune system, our body is fully capable of identifying and overcoming the effects of exposure to any bacterial or viral agent.

Proper diet, rest, exercise, positive thinking, release of emotional stress, and a tranquil mind which comes from faith in God, are the principal means to create and maintain a healthy immune system.
