Stephen Quong (Sanskrit name: Umananda) has studied and practiced astrology in both India and America since 1970. He was the only American Vedic Astrologer personally nominated by the late Dr. B.V. Raman as a Life Fellow of the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences, as well as being awarded by the Executive Committee of the Council the honorary titles of Jyotisha Kovida and Jyotisha Vachaspati.
