How to Pay for Your Consultation

Payment for all telephone and mail order consultations must be paid for in advance, before an appointment will be scheduled or services performed.

Refund Policy: No refunds are allowed for services already performed. If you have complex questions which require personal interaction with me, please do not request a mail order taped reading. It would be much better for you to schedule a telephone consultation or an office visit.

Just as a doctor cannot guarantee to heal you, nor an attorney guarantee that you will win a court case, an astrologer cannot guarantee accurate predictions or client satisfaction. All consultations are done on a "best efforts" basis, and we disclaim any personal, financial, or legal liability for actions taken by clients based upon an astrological consultation. Astrology has its limitations; it can only indicate tendencies, inclinations and potentials, and not certainties. Use your own good judgment and common sense, combined with your understanding of the significance of astrological influences, when you make important decisions.

Office Visits can be paid for at the time of the appointment. New clients coming for an Office Visit should send an advance deposit of 50% of the consultation fee to confirm their reservation.

Cancellation or rescheduling of your telephone appointment or office visit must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or there will be a service charge of $40.

Payment can be made by Cash/Check/Money Order/Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). For your convenience, you may arrange for a personal consultation by e-mail using the Application/Order Form.

Our web site uses an SSL secure web server designed specifically for E-commerce. It is maintained by verio.com, one of the world's largest webhosting services provider, to ensure the confidentiality of your credit card information. However, if you still do not wish to transmit your credit card information through the Internet or by encrypted e-mail, you may telephone my office at (925) 754-8858 during usual business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, or fax me your credit card information at (925) 754-8575.

Returned checks are subject to a $40 service charge and subject to collection by an outside agency. Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
